HALAL INVESTMENT APPLICATION
1. NATURE OF INVESTMENT This investment is structured as a Sharia-compliant, asset-backed rental investment. This Agreement does not constitute a loan, credit bond, fixed deposit, or interest-bearing arrangement. Returns are derived strictly from lawful commercial activities and asset utilization. The Investor acknowledges that returns are tied to asset performance.
2. INVESTMENT STRUCTURE The Investor appoints U-Focus Ltd as Fund Manager and Agent. U-Focus Ltd appoints Unizicos Group as Project Manager for deployment and operational management. Funds shall be deployed strictly into lawful, income-generating rental assets.
3. INVESTMENT CAPITAL Minimum Investment: ₦50,000 & Maximum Investment per Investor: ₦5,000,000 per investor. Investor hereby invests the sum of: ₦ ______________________________ Amount in Words: _____________________________________________ The Investor confirms that funds are legally sourced and voluntarily committed.
4. RENTAL RETURN INCOME (RRI) OPTIONS Option A – 20 Working Days Cycle – 10% RRI (PROMO PACKAGE) Option B – 25 Working Days Cycle – 10% RRI Option C – 35 Working Days Cycle – 15% RRI (5% RRI + 10% CAPITAL RECOVERY) Option D – 45 Working Days Cycle – 20% RRI Returns represent rental income and not interest and are subject to asset performance.

6. INVESTMENT TENURE The investment shall run for ten (10) rental cycles. Rental Return Income shall be paid at the end of each completed cycle.
7. PAYMENT OF RENTAL RETURNS All RRI payments shall be made directly into the Investor’s designated bank account. Cash payments are prohibited. Applicable statutory deductions may apply. Bank charges, where applicable, shall be borne by the Investor.
8. PROFIT & RISK DISCLOSURE Returns are based on rental income generated from deployed assets. In the event of operational disruptions including mechanical breakdown, market downturn, force majeure, government policies, or economic instability, Party A may temporarily suspend RRI day-counting upon written notice. In significant business distress, a recovery period of up to 365 working days may apply for capital repayment.
9. CAPITAL AT MATURITY Upon completion of the 10th RRI cycle, the Investor may withdraw full capital (subject to notice requirements), reinvest capital, or partially withdraw up to 10% (processed within 20 working days). Notice Requirement: 60 working days (25-day cycle investors) 120 working days (45-day cycle investors)
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration jointly appointed by both parties in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The decision shall be final and binding.
11. CONFIDENTIALITY All confidential information exchanged shall be treated as trust (Amanah) and shall not be disclosed without prior written consent, except as required by law.
12. GOVERNING LAW This agreement shall be subject to amendment in compliance with applicable government policies or regulatory directives without requiring prior consent from investor; however, Unizicos shall duly notify investors of any such changes.
13. HIGH-VALUE RRI PAYMENT AND ALTERNATIVE ASSET SETTLEMENT: Where the RRI payable for any payment cycle is ₦500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Naira) or more, irrespective of the Investor’s capital amount, UNIZICOS GROUP may, as part of its risk management and sustainability framework, review and revise the applicable RRI payment timeline based on prevailing economic and operational conditions, with written notice to the Investor. Where a significant business downturn or liquidity constraint affects the settlement of an accrued RRI, UNIZICOS GROUP may, with the Investor’s written acceptance, offer an eligible acquired asset, including land, at an agreed value as an alternative settlement of the whole or part of the accrued RRI, subject to applicable law and proper documentation.

Investment Completion & Renewal Options
Upon completion of the 10th RRI cycle, an investor may choose any of the following options:
- Full withdrawal of invested capital (subject to applicable notice requirements)
- Reinvestment of the existing capital into a new investment cycle
- Partial withdrawal of up to 10% of capital, processed within 20 working days
Notice Requirement for Capital Withdrawal
To ensure proper operational planning and asset management, the following notice periods apply:
60 working days notice for investors on the 25-day RRI cycle
120 working days notice for investors on the 45-day RRI cycle
Renewal Policy.
Investors who wish to renew their investment package after the completion of the 10th RRI cycle shall pay a non-refundable renewal fee equivalent to the value of the 10th RRI received.
Where an investor chooses to migrate to a higher RRI package, the applicable renewal fee shall be adjusted in accordance with the new selected RRI option.
The renewed investment package shall commence after the completion of one free RRI cycle.
Applicable Charges on Renewed Investments.
All renewed investment packages shall attract the following deductions (non-refundable) on every RRI cycle before payment to the investor’s bank account:
- 3% Asset sustainability/Depreciation Charge
- 2% Administrative & Compliance Charge
These deductions are applied to support asset sustainability, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
