TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF UNIZICOS GROUP INVESTMENT
1. This Agreement is between U-Focus Ltd (Special Purpose Vehicle & Fund Manager) UNIZICOS GROUP (Investment Originator & Project Manager) ALHAJI OYELOWO PLAZA, LAFENWA ITELE, OTA OGUN STATE (HEREIN AFTER CALLED “PARTY A”), WHICH EXPRESSION SHALL WHERE THE CONTEXT SO ADMITS INCLUDE ITS PROXIES, REPRESENTATIVES AND SUCCESSORS-IN-TITLE OF THE FIRST PART & Investor (HEREIN AFTER CALLED “PARTY B”), WHICH EXPRESSION SHALL WHERE THE CONTEXT SO ADMITS INCLUDES HIS/HER PROXIES, REPRESENTATIVE AND ASSIGNS OF THE OTHER PART.
2. That this investment is a sharia-compliant, asset-based rental investment.
3. That this agreement does not constitute a loan, fixed deposit, or interest-bearing arrangement.
4. That Returns are derived solely from lawful commercial activities and asset utilization.
5. That the investor appoints U-Focus Ltd as agent to manage the investment.
6. That U-Focus Ltd appoints Unizicos Group as Project Manager.
7. That the investors selects one of the available cycles.
8. That Returns are Rental Income (RRI), not interest, and are subject to asset performance. Profits are shared as rental returns income.
9. That the investor confirms that the invested funds are legally sourced and invested voluntarily.
10. That the investment runs for 10 rental cycles and RRI are paid at the end of each selected cycle.
11. That Party A will occasionally observe festive break and incase there is any financial losses, mechanical damages or breakdown at factory or business, accident or unforeseen circumstances occurred that may led to shortage in revenue, Party A may seek a break in counting of R.R.I payment days from Party B in other to recover the loses or restore the damages and ensure the stability of business.
12. The company shall exhibit highest ethical standard governing handling of her asset of this magnitude. However, if the investment runs into a bad weather the investor will allow the company a time of not less than 365 working days to pay their capital invested.
13. That in case of business dispute, if any arises, it shall be resolve by arbitrators appointed by both parties.

ADDITIONAL OBSERVATIONS
- Any additional public holidays declared by the Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) or relevant State authorities will be observed.
- Risk-sharing adjustment days may apply only when operational challenges arise.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
All the above-listed holiday periods are excluded from RRI (Rental Return Income) cycle calculations.
This ensures transparency and accurate computation of investment cycles.
INVESTMENT RENEWAL POLICY. (click to view more)
At UNIZICOS GROUP, we are committed to maintaining a transparent, structured, and investor-friendly investment system that aligns with our operational policies and ethical standards.
Investment Completion & Renewal Options
Upon completion of the 10th RRI cycle, an investor may choose any of the following options:
- Full withdrawal of invested capital (subject to applicable notice requirements)
- Reinvestment of the existing capital into a new investment cycle
- Partial withdrawal of up to 10% of capital, processed within 20 working days
Notice Requirement for Capital Withdrawal
To ensure proper operational planning and asset management, the following notice periods apply:
60 working days notice for investors on the 25-day RRI cycle
120 working days notice for investors on the 45-day RRI cycle
Renewal Policy.
Investors who wish to renew their investment package after the completion of the 10th RRI cycle shall pay a non-refundable renewal fee equivalent to the value of the 10th RRI received.
Where an investor chooses to migrate to a higher RRI package, the applicable renewal fee shall be adjusted in accordance with the new selected RRI option.
The renewed investment package shall commence after the completion of one free RRI cycle.
Applicable Charges on Renewed Investments.
All renewed investment packages shall attract the following deductions (non-refundable) on every RRI cycle before payment to the investor’s bank account:
- 3% Asset sustainability/Depreciation Charge
- 2% Administrative & Compliance Charge
These deductions are applied to support asset sustainability, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
