TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF UNIZICOS GROUP INVESTMENT
1. This Agreement is between U-Focus Ltd (Special Purpose Vehicle & Fund Manager) UNIZICOS GROUP (Investment Originator & Project Manager) ALHAJI OYELOWO PLAZA, LAFENWA ITELE, OTA OGUN STATE (HEREIN AFTER CALLED “PARTY A”), WHICH EXPRESSION SHALL WHERE THE CONTEXT SO ADMITS INCLUDE ITS PROXIES, REPRESENTATIVES AND SUCCESSORS-IN-TITLE OF THE FIRST PART & Investor (HEREIN AFTER CALLED “PARTY B”), WHICH EXPRESSION SHALL WHERE THE CONTEXT SO ADMITS INCLUDES HIS/HER PROXIES, REPRESENTATIVE AND ASSIGNS OF THE OTHER PART.
2. That this investment is a sharia-compliant, asset-based rental investment. 3. That this agreement does not constitute a loan, fixed deposit, or interest-bearing arrangement. 4. That Returns are derived solely from lawful commercial activities and asset utilization. 5. That the investor appoints U-Focus Ltd as agent to manage the investment. 6. That U-Focus Ltd appoints Unizicos Group as Project Manager. 7. That the investors selects one f the following cycles; 25 working days with 10% or 45 working days with 20% RRI. 8. That Returns are Rental Income (RRI), not interest, and are subject to asset performance. Profits are shared as rental returns income. 9. That the investor confirms that the invested funds are legally sourced and invested voluntarily. 10. That the investment runs for 10 rental cycles and RRI are paid at the end of each selected cycle. 11. That Party A will occasionally observe festive break and incase there is any financial losses, mechanical damages or breakdown at factory or business, accident or unforeseen circumstances occurred that may led to shortage in revenue, Party A may seek a break in counting of R.R.I payment days from Party B in other to recover the loses or restore the damages and ensure the stability of business. 12. The company shall exhibit highest ethical standard governing handling of her asset of this magnitude. However, if the investment runs into a bad weather the investor will allow the company a time of not less than 365 working days to pay their capital invested. 13. That in case of business dispute, if any arises, it shall be resolve by arbitrators appointed by both parties.Application Generated successfully!
